At Top Cosmetic Artistry, I thrive on providing each and every client who walks through my doors the best possible service. That’s why I have a few basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Top Cosmetic Artistry experience and is treated equally.
RUNNING LATE?
Please Let Emily Know
It is important you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure I am able to complete your procedure. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment and unfortunately your deposit will forfeited.
If you are running late, the best thing to do is let me know via Email or Instagram so I can asses if I can move forward with the appointment or not.

At Top Cosmetic Artistry, I do my best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know. If you inform me with less than 72 hours notice before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to rebook. Want to find out more? Get in touch.
CANCELLATIONS
I understand that life happens, however do to my busy schedule I have a no cancellation policy.
I do not refund deposits for any cancellations, however if you let me know 72 hours in advance, I will be happy to move your deposit to a different service or you can use it to purchase retail items.
Without 72 hours notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
