POLICIES.
At Top Cosmetic Artistry, I want every part of your experience to feel smooth, fair, and truly cared for. To help keep everything running beautifully for all clients, I have a few simple policies in place. If you ever have questions about anything, you can always find my contact information in your confirmation email or at the bottom of this page—I’m here to help.
RUNNING LATE?
Punctuality helps ensure we have enough time to complete your treatment safely and beautifully. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we’ll need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will unfortunately be forfeited. If you’re running behind, please send Emily a quick message on Instagram or email so she can let you know whether your appointment can still go ahead.
NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
Life happens, and Emily is always happy to accommodate schedule changes with enough notice. If you need to reschedule, please reach out at least 72 hours before your appointment.
Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.Missed appointments are considered no-shows and will be charged in full.
CANCELLATIONS
Because these appointments are long and in high demand, we have a no-cancellation policy. Deposits are non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel.
