Policies.

At Top Cosmetic Artistry, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through our doors the best possible service. That’s why we have a few basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Top Cosmetic Artistry experience and is treated equally.

Running late?

It is important you arrive on time to ensure we are able to complete your treatment in a timely manner. If you are 10+ minutes late, we will have to reschedule and unfortunately your deposit will forfeited. If you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know via email or Instagram so we can asses if we can move forward with the appointment or not. 

Need to reschedule?

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know in advance. If you inform us with less than 72 hours notice before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to rebook. If your appointment is missed it will be considered a no-show and the full payment will be charged.

Cancellations?

We understand life happens, however we have a no cancellation policy and do not refund deposits for any cancellations due to our long appointment times and busy schedule.
